Working Genius Workshop - Team Training

Service Description

Virtual or In Person Team Working Genius Assessment and Facilitation Workshop. Goal, help create a team that has greater clarity around where they gain joy and energy in work. How team members can work more effectively based on a shared understanding and shared language based off the Working Genius Assessment. Individual team members will take a 20 minute personal assessment prior to the workshop. A primary leader will receive a debrief of their Working Genius, we will explore where any gaps exist inside the team based off the assessment. Team members will receive a document providing insights on their Working Genius and Working Frustrations. During the session we will explore a team map showing the teams Working Geniuses and Working Frustrations and explore how this is impacting the teams effectiveness inside their roles. This is a highly impactful, very engaging session.

We ask that you honor our time, just as we honor yours. If an unforeseen even prevents our session please contact us at least 2 hours prior to our Coaching Session. All no shows will be billed at the current rate of your session.
